itsjeff is right. Diluting out the waste or recycling it through plant biofiltration are the only options- not a problem, necessarily, but something to be dealt with.

Not exactly...and thus my reply.

Some aquaculture farms are being run in open seas world wide...And there are also large "landlocked", low density operations with low impact "footprints"...

Now..I've no bone in my craw about his statement other than his broadbrush approach.

Does that clear my stance up....?
