Do me a favor: Just put them into a mental home. They need professional help. Somehow a Christian duty. This is not possible in Germany anymore since our legislation was influenced by these idiots (the green party).
Personally I think this mental illness should be tolerated as long as they restrict themselves to other grown-up individuals that are also suffering from this disease and as long as they shut up in the public. There should be the possibility for therapy. To annoy the public (espechially the public of other nations) with perverted parades i.e. laying wreaths at the tomb of the unknown soldier in Russia while behaving perverted should be penalized hard. Therefore I regret that Volker Beck was not arrested for a longer term. He would have given a perfect "miss jailbar" in a nice Russian prison.
