As a result of this incident the State of Florida is considering passing a law requiring background checks on any person attempting to purchase a bottle rocket launcher, Also, any bottle rocket launcher sold must come packaged in a protective brown paper "trigger lock".
I used plastic 1/2 pvc pipe till a rocket stayed and melted the top after it did not launch!!!!
