He recently declared bankruptcy and some think that he may have already put his assets ( home, businesses, cash, cars, etc. ) into someone else's name.
However, that profession has been riddled with greedy, crooked individuals who take advantage of the grieving survivors.

I missed reading your post before I wrote my original one. I'd like to think that he will now finally be thrown in the clink, but I guess if it hadn't happened so far, it isn't going to. What a loser!
