Uh, killing civilians is what happened on 9/11 and Hiroshima, Dresden and Ngasaki, to name a very small few. When the USA has a POTUS that effectively communicates that fact we will have a chance to win. Did MacArthur kill civilians when his men were in country?
I don't want a President who justifies the killing of civilians if it is unnecessary.
