We have a POTUS right now who talks mush. He seems weak and indecisive. What's happened to him.

He's not a hot dog. And he's far from weak and indecisive on Iraq.

Now, instead of blaming this particular episode on Bush, why not let the Marine command handle it, as the President is doing?
