This fits very well with what Rush Limbaugh said this morning -

the GOP split over immigration is not about immigration but a battle for control of the GOP between the RINO's and Reaganites

Sure starting to look and feel that way.

Kinda like a girlfriend telling you, "Let's just be friends, OK?"

If Rush said that it was pretty stupid. Especially considering Reagan gave amnesty to millions of Illegals.
But Rush has not been very sharp of late. By today's standards Reagan would just be another RINO.

It certainly does, and that is exactly what the Left is doing.

A one party socialistic monopoly by two separate but equal groups.

I heard Rush say the liberal Republicans in the Senate were pushing bad illegal alien legislation in order to trash the Ronald Reagan Republicans. I have been pondering for some time the motivation for this craziness, and this is the only thing which makes sense.

Yes, exactly.

It's what I stated when the judge pact happened. It was a coup by McCain's gang, and now it's blossomed. People thought I went overboard with that statement at the time, I see few rationalizing it anymore.

You are a conservative or you are a Rockefeller (modern day known as McCain). There is no middle ground in this war.

People have to make a choice. the Senate has made theirs, the President made his, we'll see what the House decides.

Interesting that Rush makes statements like that yet continues to insist that the nation's becoming more conservative. This wasn't even an issue a decade ago.
