Because, as I stated, Freedom of Speech does not exist, per se, in the UK.
If a Liberal wanker says that a Conservative leader should be murdered...then that is protected speech.
If a Conservative so much as advocates the profiling of Middle Eastern looking males between the ages of 18 and 35...then that is hate speech and is NOT protected.
