Unfortunately, there are no provisions for recalling members of the Senate or House (or President for that matter). The Constitution grants each of these offices a particular term in office and details how they may be removed, and recall isn't one of the ways. Recent attempts to impose state-level controls on federal offices, such as term limits, have been struck down by the Supreme Court. Short of a Constitutional amendment or getting the Supreme Court to recognize some new right in the "emanations from the "penumbra" of the Constitution, there's no way to recall.

Still the American folk need to make it VERY CLEAR to these awful CLOWNS that WE AIN'T TAKING IT NO MORE! The protest marches scared the hell outta them, well let's scare the chit outta them by shipping off petitions with millions of ANGRY American folk names!
