I have a pretty naive question, but here goes...since it is, without question, the government's job to protect our borders, can't we put together an class action lawsuit on behalf of the American people? Let this thing go to trial!!!
No such luck. The federal government is immune from tort suits -- unless they volunteer to be sued.
