Is it possible for a citizens group to file a massive lawsuit AGAINST the US Senate or Govt. (if this suicide legislation passes) for willful negligence in failing to stop massive destructive third world immigration, or something to that effect?
I dunno, but I've decided that if amnesty passes, I'm renouncing my citizenship.
What's the point of being a 'citizen' if your only *benefit* is being taxed and regulated half to death??
Until we take to the streets in massive protests, nothing will happen. If everyone that is really mad about this boondoggle would pick a day to go out and express themselves, we could have over 100 million folks out there - the largest protest ever. I'll probably die of old age before it happens though - it's far too easy to carp and write the occassional letter or email.
If the federal government is not protecting a kangaroo rat, citizens can file suit against the government and demand that the government enforce the law and protect the rat.
If invaders are pouring into the country violating laws and not protecting Americans, citizens may not file suit to demand the federal government enforce the law to protect US citizens.
The federal government has priorities.
