-Aside from your eye brow raising comment about skin color, I'd like to point out to you that:
Most harvesting (including fruits and vegetables) is becoming highly mechanized, requiring fewer and fewer unskilled migrant workers. Agribusiness needs far less then a million unskilled workers, yet we have probably 12 million, (give or take a couple million) illegal aliens in this country.

Yep, our Democrats and RINOs are going to make sure we hold onto those
unskilled masses...just when we'll need 'em the least.

No different than when Los Angeles built their light rail to Long Beach.
Just in time for all the closure of aviation plants.
A railroad to nowhere (well, almost).
