Indeed. A lack of federal funding to the chimps in this story caused the AIDS virus to spread. The chimps were not provided with condoms or free clinics.
I thought chimps were supposed to be very intelligent, maybe if they remembered to wear their red ribbons this wouldn't be happening.

Oh, if only Pres. Bush had used his weather controlling machine to force the NSA to listen to PETA's phone calls to spotted owls, then the crazed SUVs could have been sent to kill the chimps instead of human drivers and passengers, and we wouldn't be threatened today by global warming or terrorism.
