Someone needs to b**** slap this stupid judge. Too short for prison? More stupidity and you know this SOB will be doing it again.

Seems odd considering the fact that the sicko didn't think the child he raped was too short for that.

Too cute to go to prison.
Too short to go to prison.
What happened to the good old days when people were just too rich to go to prison?

If I were the parent, I'd like that verdict. It would put him out where I could get to him.

Hello. This was supposed to be excerpted and it actually posted the whole thing. Sorry. I think this is my first posting ever. I did do the auto-excerpt.

The judge needs to share a cell with the perp.

If I were a child-molesting dwarf, I'd be thrilled with this ruling.

The judge was right about one thing. A child molester is "dead meat" in prison.
Even hardened criminal convicts are disgusted by child molesters.

I say move him into her house, or at least, next door.

The only downside being that you'd have to get that pesky ankle bracelet off if you wanted to make sure he truly paid for his crime.

So now we are to NOT put child molesters into prison because they could be "imperiled"?
I say, put the words, "Child Molester" on the back of his shirt in BOLD BLACK letters and throw him into GENERAL population and see what happens.

I would not feel sorry one bit if this sicko was a target. How many either get out and do it again and again? Too many to count so the lives and souls that lost because of these monsters are also too many to count. I long for the days when the punishment for these crimes carried the death penalty.
To: atruelady
If someone rapes one of my daughters (I have two) I will be BEGGING the judge to give that man probation, literally BEGGING him.

My brother rides with the Patriot Guard, I bet we could take it off and send it a long way down the road to the next funeral.
