Thanks! Rush (I think mistakenly) said there would be a briefing BEFORE he as on Rush) and there was a posting on the Main page of C-Span.org. I also saw a vague reference to a briefing on the WH site. SO I jumped the gun. Later, if you could FReepmail me where you keep the thread source, I could post it in it's full glory. Otherwise, it was nothing.
