But why would such powerful individuals vibrate toward such a minor body?

These reptoids are descendants of the dinosaurs and are biological by products of Earth evolution and they can in fact, shape shift and have formed a nexus with the Targzissians, a race of reptilians who coexist with six other types of aliens on a mother ship near Saturn.
The Order of the Dragon
This Church of the Eternal Source secret schism, became a breeding ground for the Order of the Dragon, the clandestine cult of the reptoid race.
