"All the evidence suggests that Mr. Gore is an elitist who passionately believes that the people of the world must drastically reduce their energy use but that it doesn't apply to him" Typical elitist - we should walk so they can fly ... Gimme a break.

Gore's mouth contributes more noxious gasses than the exhaust pipes of all U.S. automobiles put together.
If he would keep his yap shut for one year, global warming would reverse itself and we'd all be wearing Alaskan parkas and long johns.

Hmm, I like that picture. Algore pissing on the USA. Very symbolic of what a Gore presidency would have been like.

That incident really captures the man for me. Well, actually, I wish someone would capture the guy, and put him away where he can't hurt himself with sharp object or hurt us with policy initiatives.

Regarding Al Gore, this should do nicely:

Check out how spins his own inconvenient lifestyle:
The Gores and all the employees of Generation lead a "carbon-neutral" lifestyle, reducing their energy consumption when possible and purchasing so-called offsets available on newly emerging carbon markets. Gore says he and Tipper regularly calculate their home and business energy use - including the carbon cost of his prodigious global travel. Then he purchases offsets equal to the amount of carbon emissions they generate. Last year, for example, Gore and Tipper atoned for their estimated 1 million miles in global air travel by giving money to an Indian solar electric company and a Bulgarian hydroelectric project.
