I don't agree with your premise. I don't see where in the Constitution it prohibits searches of his office.

I've always assumed that somewhere, still, is a Fourth and Fifth ammendment, even if Capitol Hill seems to want to dispense of it for the peons and peasants. On the surface, seems to me, should require a warrant of some sort. Maybe a Freeper lawyer can detail.
