Actually, these figures are very conservative. Robert Conquest has put the number of Ukrainians murdered in the forced starvation at closer to 8 million. This list also does not include the millions of Russians murdered in the purges and the camps, including the Siberian gold mine camp at Kolyma (Russians still shudder when they hear the name; at least 1.5 million murdered there alone). Also, 10,000 Estonians were forcibly deported to Siberia in a single night; most never returned.
I think the number of Tito's victims was also much higher than the figure they quote (70,000 to 100,000).
