This U.N list A of allowed dual use material by Iraq is driving me crazy! How can any person with an IQ over 80 allows Saddam to use Phosgene and Hydrogen Cyanide and at the same claiming that they are disarming him from WMD! This is insane, Phosgene and Hydrogen Cyanide are the damn WMD.

I am with you on that one. It's just plain nuts for the UN to allow Saddam to have those type of chemicals -- which are WMD. It makes no sense. But, those in list A have to be declared to the UN if they come in a solution of 10% or greater... If I read it correctly???
