The creation date is when the page is rendered. If you view your link again, it will update to Now in Pacific Time.
Oh. Thank you for explaining that. For, you see, I just learned how to speak English ten minutes before I posted, and this is the very, very first time I've ever used the Internet, so I didn't realize what the creation date on a dynamically-generated page meant.
