I've already pointed out several times that Israel has its own nukes, and damn well would use them. On who? Iran certainly at this point, on any state that tried to move in and occupy, against any suspectd terrorist source of teh attack.

You are correct there is less support for Israel today. you are not correct that the US wouldn't defend Israel, and of course Israel would defend itself.
