Iran because they been calling for the destruction of Israel and the US. Then we watch china and russia to see if they launch a counter attack,if they do then we have a full scale nuclear war. Thats what will happen. We wont sit on our ass and take nuclear damage even if we have to nuke the wrong nation. It will be Iran,russia, or china that will be behind said nuclear devices.

Frankly, I think the consensus position among mainstream Jews in the USA would be to work things out without violence. Olive branch stuff. Maybe I'm wrong.

What's left of Israel wouldn't nuke em back, either.

That all depends. I expect the "powers that be" to be able to identify the radioisotopes and identify the origin of the weapon. That's assuming it was driven in on a truck or some other similar type of transport. If it comes in by missle that make the job much easier.
