Kosovo was NEVER separate form Serbia

Actually, it looks like Kosovo was only part of an independent Serbia for a very short time--the year or two between the Balkan Wars (when Serbia conquered it from the Ottomans) and the start of World War I (when Serbia was overrun by the Habsburgs). Then it, along with Montenegro, Macedonia, and big chunks of Austria-Hungary were merged into Yugoslavia following the war.

KOSOVO is a Serbian word.... the Monasteries there date back HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of years!! The Turks took over in about 1385 and Serbia had been a thriving CHRISTIAN LAND for hundreds of years before that!! THE SEAT OF THE SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH IS IN KOSOVO.. LIKE ROME IS THE SEAT OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.

You know it amazes me that so many Americans think it AOK for an ALbanian islamic MOB to crush Christians under their heel ( just like they did in Kosovo during WWII at the behest of Hitler) and destroy their Churches... and yet those SAME Americans whine on ad infinitum about how they distrust wild islamics who attack AMERICA and our way of life.

I see some HYPOCRACY in that, don't you??
