I'm more and more convinced that more $$$$ on education is a total waste. Catholic Schools get by on far less and peform far better. And wonder why when they're wasting classroom time on this filth?

I live in the great state of Taxes ... I mean Texas. We are redoing the whole school finance with more new taxes. You are right, we will spend all this "new" money and still get low scores and poor performance against the national average.
