"A 25-year-old police officer was shot in the head in Algiers and was rushed to Elmwood Medical Center where he was immediately taken to surgery in critical condition."

The officer was talking an hour ago, though critically wounded in the head. I pray that he does pull through. Also that this reinforces the resolve of the remaining NOPD officers to continue trying to keep the peace there.

Why didn't he just say, "We thought we sent all the bad guys to Houston"?
