The founders were legals and illegals who saw gangs, AMERICAN, HOME GROWN AND DEVISED GANGS AND MADE UP THEIR OWN. When many of them were deported, they brought that part of OUR CULTURE home with them, and then, when coming back here, reupped with those still still here.
