quite frankly, many states have tax amnesties where you only pay the tax owed and no penalties or interest.

further, the IRS may negotiate your tax if you are unable to pay the full amount.

I do not like this particular argument for reducing illegals.

For me the best argument is common sense. It is clear we have too many illegals comming from the southern border and the number needs to be reduced.

It is also common sense to me that a guest worker program is needed for a limited number of workers.
