Aside from his "deer in the headlights" expression, there's something physically wrong with the picture itself. The frame and the wall are in sharp focus. The picture itself is very diffuse, like it was behind frosted glass. Or the image was blown up from a much larger picture, and "pasted" into the frame.
Y'all have done a good job trashing the creds of this pathetic POS, but I figure a bit of extra piling on can't hurt.
Looks to me to be a bad Photoshop job. Look at the sharp line just under the beret, and the weird neck length.
