U.S. TV Ad Targets Consequences of Unilateral Withdrawal Plan 16:57 May 22, '06 / 24 Iyar 5766 by Hana Levi Julian
A television advertising campaign in the United States is reminding viewers of the costs of returning territory to the Palestinian Authority.
The Center for Security Policy is sponsoring the campaign, which targets Prime Minister Ehud Olmerts unilateral withdrawal plan. The ad, which is being broadcast on national television in the U.S. beginning, is timed to coincide with Olmerts visit to Washington.
Olmert is slated to meet with President George W. Bush on Tuesday and is expected to promote his so-called Convergence Plan to return major blocs of land in Judea and Samaria to the PA. The plan calls for drawing of final borders for Israel if peace negotiations with the PA do not begin within the next six months.
His schedule includes meetings on Monday at the Pentagon. Olmert will also address a joint session of the U.S. Congress on Wednesday, the day after his meeting with President Bush. Representatives and Senators are urged in the ad to oppose any further territorial concessions to Israels enemies.
The ad reviews the consequences for Israeli and U.S. interests if land is returned to terrorist control, as well as the past history of such give-backs in southern Lebanon and Gaza.

I haven't seen this add, at least not on the channels I watch (cable only, I avoid the regular networks like the plague).
