Angel Labs, LLC is not publicly traded
Recently, we have received many emails inquiring about investing in Angel Labs, LLC. Some have said that their stock broker quotes $1.50 for our stock. This is not possible. These references must be to an unrelated or non existent company. Angel Labs, LLC equity is not publicly traded or available and our private placements have been limited to accredited investors. Our ultimate business goal is to spin off companies that utilize our technologies and can go public, and that's probably a few years down the line. Angel Labs, LLC has 100+ inventions that cannot be revealed to public before being awarded patents, so we can not foresee it going public (mainly due to the difficult valuation issues). Please be on guard for fraudulent promotions. Thanks.
