Yesterday, I emailed Rep Tom Tancredo, and asked him to introduce "immigration reform" legislation based word for word on Mexico's laws. The leftists would go balistic! Then just mention that since the Mexican government is so interested in our legislation regarding "immigration," we thought that we'd just use THEIR laws as a basis for ours.

Of course, most of their laws would be blatently unconsitutional, but I would hope it would be a wakeup call to the US, although I have no doubt that after an initial vilification by the press, they'd drop the story like a hot potato, and probably not mention where the bill came from in the first place.

Brilliant idea -- let's incorporate their immigration laws into OUR immigation laws. I would be perfectly happy if we would do so AND enforce them like Mexico DOES.
