No, every cadet should know that. An Assistant Chief's job is to kiss the Chief's @ss and slap a vacuum on a fifty pound onion sack before sucking the chrome off a trailer hitch. They also occasionally drink coffee and make lame excuses to the rank and file about why city government is so screwed up.
Not that I've spent much time dealing with Assistant Chiefs or anything.
