I just heard somewhere that, statistically, they aren't the worst. But I don't know. They seem to be pretty bad. Although I never saw one driving, looking up in the air while talking on a cell phone. I see that alot among other age groups. Actually I've seen people doing it while pushing a shopping cart in the market. And the idiots bump into things.

I can't stand it when people are using a cell phone while driving. I've been in too many close calls (no pun intended) with many who haven't been paying attention. Of course, there are other ways drivers don't pay attention, but the cell phone thing just keeps getting more rampant.
