When I was in 4th grade, I had chronic nausea. I threw up every single morning before school. and at any sign of a stressful situation. It was just that little bit of stress and I was sick. It was awful. I prayed every night before I went to sleep that I wouldn't throw up the next day. I dreaded every school morning.

I went to the doctor.

And the doctor said that I was most likely purposely inducing myself to vomit to get out of school.

I wasn't.

Thankfully my father did some research of his own and all my symptoms pointed to deficit of a certain stomach bacteria, Acidophiles, that is also found in yogurt. He bought it in pill form for me, and within three days, there was no more nausea.

My point is that many doctors, when faced with something unfamiliar, will blame it on the patient.

I can only relate to you anecdotally, but I know it isn't an uncommon occurrence for a doctor to misdiagnose a legitimate physical malady as a symptom of a physiological underpinning. Frankly, my doctor didn't care enough to look it up. She still go her check.

I emotionally sympathize with the individuals in this article.

acidophilus can correct numerous bacterial imbalances in the digestive tract. it is used because it doesn't interfere with most other healthy bacteria's reproduction. a very good thing to take for digestive disorders(all of them). skin rashes, hairs?,multiple outbreaks tend to lead to a different conclusion then 'forgot to take a pill' usually.
