“reinstate the draft, send 500,000 troops and finish it.” Even that wouldn't end it. Not as long as you have Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East funnelling in jihadis. But it's refreshing to hear somebody in Hollywood arguing for something other than immediate withdrawal.

There isn't enough information in this article, but I took the quotes by Gandolfini to mean that he was speaking about the Hollywood/Limousine Liberal 'Don't Know a Thing About It" crowd.
He did say that he would go over to Iraq and drive a truck.
Good for him!

But it's refreshing to hear somebody in Hollywood arguing for something other than immediate withdrawal.Agreed! I don't agree with his strategy, but it is nice for someone from Hollywood to have a goal of actually winning. The vast majority of Hollywood would be thrilled if they could take just a bit of selfish credit for playing some small part in causing us to lose!
