This legislative body is Hugo Chavez's rubber stamp parliament. Nothing happens without his say-so first. Of course they want a piece of the action now. Hugo's been involved in this immigration stuff since Day One. It was all planned at the World Social Forum last January. Now, Hugo's getting more active and vocal, seeing to turn America's Mexican illegal aliens into Chavistas, too. This Venezuelan dictator is evil.

Forty million Hispanics, eh? Sounds like our beloved Congress is really lowballing the numbers for their own nefarious purposes to me.

2 more years of Hugo Chavez should yield a crop of at least 20,000 Venezuelans looking for a better life near Miami.

Why the hell would any Hispanics want to emigrate to the corrupt, capitalis, repressive, discriminatory, anti-Hispanic cesspool that is the US when they live in the peoples' paradise of Venezuela? Doesn't this perfect society have everything for the perfect happiness of the comrades? Do they have to beg for work from the despicable Norte Americanos?

HELLO??

Hugo Chavez is basically, on the same side of the illegal alien issue, as the US Senate. With the (alleged) GOP majority.

Hugo Chavez is a communist!!

Why not just let Cindy Sheehan make our laws?

At the rate that people are splitting from his "Workers' Paradise", it will be the roaches that turn-off the lights on the way out.

Don't you just want to beat them? These scum need to mind their own business, they are one good reason why people flee their countries.

What they are doing down in Caracas is giving drug dealers citizenship and passports, the better to beef up the voter rolls in Chavez's favor. Not surprisingly, Chavez is trying to control our elections by owning the voting machines in some precincts, like Chicago. It's getting pretty gross out there, Chavez can't leave us alone.

Can we get our Congress to condemn Hugo Chavez?

You know, just for being Hugo Chavez? It's a good enough reason for me. That thug has got to go.

The house maybe, but the Senate? The socialists run the Senate.
