Not in any desirable part of Kalifornicate - if you don't already own your home.My son has managed just fine the last 3 years. He rented a 90 sq ft (9 X 10) bedroom in a house for $500/month. He also covered his car payments, food, work expenses and school expenses. All on a gross income of $32000 in San Diego.
He just moved to a new house on the west side of Mt Helix. He is really jazzed because his living space will be increased to 400 sq ft. It's going to set him back $650/month. He will be completing his last class for his BA in Business in about 1 week. His real estate business is taking off like a shot too.

Democrats also want a provision that would automatically link the minimum wage to the economy and inflation.
This sounds like a nightmare for business owners.. having uncontrollable and unpredictable labor costs which fluctuate year to year.

Sounds like his plan is to raise the minimum wage in order to attract more illegal workers.

Ok, what should control the hourly rate?? Given that the laws of supply and demand do not work when you have unlimited supply??
