"Their money sits in the Social Security Administration waiting to be matched with an eligible beneficiary, and once those workers establish the eligibility, how in all fairness can we deny them the credit for their past contributions?"

can anyone actually believe, in all honesty, that our Government will enforce, ANY LAW in regards to illegal aliens?

Certainly not, and as we have been told over and over, ad nauseum, we can't deport 12 million illegals...oops, I meant "undocumented workers".

We CAN, however, establish a huge layer-upon-layer bureaucracy to help sort out who gets to stay here and work, that will be fraught with corruption, waste, and typical government ineffeciencies.

Our most precious birthright is being cheapened and we are being pimped out by our elected "leaders", and we ain't seen nothing, yet. Makes sense to me.
