Hey, Coop, since Murtha accused of the Marines of war crimes in print and in speeches, isn't there some way some of the Marines in those groups could sue Murtha for both libel and slander in the civilian courts?

I don't think Murtha is immune from such lawsuits even as a member of Congress. Just a thought.
