It is not I who are stupid many of the drive bys occurr in areas where the people are armed or are attacking others who are armed. If you are so foolish as to believe people in the ghettos are NOT armed then you need to get out more.

And as noted, only your Goblins are likely to be armed. As I said, it gives them a free fire zone and they feel they can do their deeds with little to no resistance from the public.
