She doesn't necessarily have the right to destroy the embryo, if we're assuming that the embryo is a person. She does have the right to cease the violation of her body through a termination of the pregnancy. It just so happens that, at the current state of technology, an embryo cannot survive without the woman's body, but that could change in the future.

Are you trying to sneak in a strawman such as equating contraception with an act that doesn't involve another innocent person?

Nope, no strawmen. I use embryo primarily because that's the developmental stage when most abortions occur (first couple months).
