Of course, it was a truck bomb. Rumsfeld just told us that it was a plane crash so that he would not have to explain that the airplane was missing with 189 people on board because extraterrestrial beings swooped down in their flying saucer and plucked the airplane out of the air. And it just happened to occur at precisely the same moment that the truck bomb went off.
