Yes, let's not lay blame but let me get one last dig in at President Bush. She's the type of person that strikes me as sneaky. I don't just not like her because she's a Dem but she strikes me as the type of person that would be sneaky--not only in political life but personal life as well.

Definitely--- she's the sort of diplomat who uses what they call in pro wresting "cheap pops" which is where a pro wrestler gives props to the local sports team to get cheers or runs down its rival to get "cheap heat"--- in other words, the wrestler uses not his skill nor his charisma but puerile *ss kissing to make the crowd react.

Secretary Albright, as far as I can tell, uses "cheap diplomacy"--- she runs down the U.S. to make her self and the Clinton administration look good at her country's expense.
