I know what the partys are supposed to stand for and used to stand for.
If I have a choice between a Democrat that supports the 2nd amendment, is against more government interference in my personal life, wants to lower taxes, wants to lessen the government debt, and is pro-life, and a Republican that wants to have government decide whether or not I can even BUY a pistol, wants more government regulation, wants to increase taxes to pay for pork, doesn't care about the government debt because HE ain't gonna pay it, and is pro-choice - I'm gonna vote for the Democrat.
It ain't gonna happen very often but there are shades of every color in between.
You won't find a democrat that is pro-life, wants to cut taxes, support the second amendment.
You will find that democrats want America to be controlled by an international world government, you will find democrats do not honor America as the great nation she is.
You must remember - candidates lie to get votes. Democrats have to lie because they cannot publicly state what their goals are.
The reason democrats want illegal immigrants is for the votes they will mine from them. They will never be for defending the border because newcomers will be ignorant and can be lured to vote - whether citizens or not.
It is important to understand what liberals are. You do not learn from what they say they are.
You need to listen to a little of Rush Limbaugh for an education in what the goals of liberals are.
