You're kidding? Canada has laws that prevents surveillance on these two centers...they protect them with their laws. Last I checked Canada was still refusing to share airline passenger manifests with us while insisting that we keep border crossing between the U.S. and Canada as open as possible.

Not to mention immigrant families who own farms on both sides of the border, very useful for the marijuana/cocaine exchange.

Thats a big no and then have been giving us that info for the last 3 years.
