Which side do you think makes more sense to focus plugging before the whole country drowns?
A much different picture at northern border: Canada
By Mason Stockstill | DECEMBER 18, 2005
Immigration experts estimate only a fraction of illegal immigrants who come into the country do so through the northern border. The Pew Hispanic Center estimates out of roughly 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States, fewer than 500,000 are from Canada.
Personally, given that the two largest Islamic fundamentalist enclaves (that means centers for the extremists) outside of the Muslim world are in Canada, that we already know those centers played a part in 9/11 and one of their folks was caught trying to bring a car load of explosives into the U.S., I'm actually more concerned with the northern border.
Unlike the southern border, much of the northern border includes vast tracks of forests, lakes, rivers, mountain ranges and the Great Lakes which are harder to observe then the southwest.
