We're all saying BORDER SECURITY and ENFORCEMENT FIRST, save for a scant few posters, none of whom I have seen on this thread today.
Now, next question - should Bush be called to task for wanting a guest worker program before the borders are anywhere close to secure (I am not demanding an airtight border, but one where an illegal has a better than 50-50 chance of getting caught).
