This Baptist college is under what its liberal critics call a "fundamentalist" takeover. As a Gannett publication, The Town Talk article cannot be copied here.

Christian colleges "revolt," i.e. requiring that educators be shock "Christians who believe the Bible and Biblical truths."

Yes, secularists want to impose "secular humanism" on Christian colleges too, and I imagine that eventually they will -- with the support of both major parties.

Actually, I believe that the reverse is underway. Many faiths have removed their support from previously religiously based Colleges and Universities, the bible based ones at that. We have such a case in my local area where a very popular college that had been affiliated with the Baptists, had their support removed after the faculty sponsored "Gay/Lesbian/Trans-gendered Days."
The MSM Liberal secular en-laced denominations, of course, are not doing that but their membership is declining (since 1965) at such a rate that a former Presbyterian minister friend, who has joined PCA, told me that at that in not so many years off, there will no longer exist a PCUSA.
