This really takes the cake. 'disingenuous to draw the line between legal and illegal immigrants'. Well, they have a point. When Bush says it's silly to think we could deport millions of illegals...too much trouble, expense... In other words, it's too much trouble to obey the law, so we won't bother. Okay. So now we're picking and choosing which laws to follow. How soon before the ACLU uses this in court to defend a terrorist? Bush should be careful. Actions have consequences.

Speed limits

I'm not equating driving over the speed limit with invading our country, but MANY legal citizens are "choosing which laws to follow."

If we are going to chastise those who are breaking the law, those without sin may cast the first stone. I'm NOT trying to be argumentative or anything here. Just a "Hmmmm"

I like the idea of using that defense. Our government is picking and choosing which laws to enforce, so how can one be fairly prosecuted for breaking any law?
